Dear Richard and Rahla,

While The HSM Group is known for many wonderful things, we are not usually known for having fun. You changed all that. Your presentation during our annual company-wide meeting helped us put a new spin on our year. You got everyone involved. Normally quiet people were soon in front of the group participating in an exercise and our more outgoing staff were anxious to volunteer.

Thank you for providing an informative yet participative experience. You unleashed creativity - it will be up to us to keep up the momentum. We hope to have you back for refresher courses later this year.
