Dear Richard & Rahla:
As you know, I founded Hyrian in
1997 with the goal of changing the way the nation recruits.
Since then, we have become the largest and most successful
Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider in the country, filling
thousands of positions a month in the United States. While
exciting, this phenomenal growth created several challenges for
us in the areas of employee engagement, team-building, and
communications.
