It was a pleasure to be the board member who was selected to introduce you at the "Power of Play" seminar at the "Activating Your Firm's Service Culture Symposium" which was presented by the Center for Services Marketing & Management of Arizona State University. Fortunately I was able to stay with you and the group for the complete seminar, which I enjoyed thoroughly. You have a very high energy level, an air of confidence, and a great delivery. Thank you for spending your time with our group and joining us for dinner on Thursday evening.
