Dear Rahla,
On behalf of the University Career Women of Arizona
State University I
would like to thank you for presenting The Power Of Play at our
15th
Annual Professional Development Conference. Your morning
keynote address
energized the group and started off our day of activities on
exactly the
right foot. Our theme of "Life, Learning and
Laughter" was greatly
enhanced by your keynote address.
The women who attended the conference are still talking about your
energy, presence and great message to remember to play and have fun
in
their lives. I spoke with women who vowed to start living
with new
purpose, humor and style
after hearing you speak! What an impact!
As you can see from the enclosed evaluation forms virtually every
conference attendee rated your morning presentation as
"Excellent". A
few women stated that they intend to apply what they learned in
several
ways. Just a few comments: "[I will] challenge myself
and say YES!";
"Rahla was wonderful and very inspiring!" and "It
wasn't what I was
expecting - but it was incredible - Rahla was amazing."
Those women who had the opportunity to have a small group
experience with
you have written similar comments. You saved the day by
stepping in when
one of our presenters failed to appear! Your offer of help
was met with
great relief and your professionalism in putting together a
modified
presentation on very short notice was spectacular.
