Rahla has been an actress-consultant at our agency for over eight years, facilitating a group she calls Creative Playshop. Step Up on Second is a daytime socialization center for adults with severe mental illness, primarily schizophrenia and manic-depression. Rahla has provide a consistent motivational boost to our participants through her fun and inspirational theatrics. She has a special ability to bring very withdrawn people out of depression and into play. Likewise, she is adept at channeling the energies of confused and delusional people into constructive and unilinear communication.

Mental illness is a serious problem, which presents infrequent opportunities for levity into the lives of its victims.
